This regional conference is attended by ambassadors from EU member states, delegations of the EU in Central Asia, representatives from the UN and WHO, as well as OSCE representatives in Uzbekistan and leading youth participants.

What is the future of cooperation between the European Union and Central Asia in the water sector? How can this be achieved?

What are the economics and finance of water management?

Why should youth be interested in water management? In what ways can their involvement be manifested? 

A panel session was held on these actual issues, moderated by Barbara Yanush-Pawletta, Head of the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) office in Uzbekistan and the IWMI Regional Office for Central Asia.

Participants can look forward to a variety of interactive events, masterclasses, nexus dialogue games, field trips, and a movie night.
